We have an online booking management platform so you can book and view the availability of moorings in our marina. We are a pioneering marina in providing this service, which enables the administrative management to be streamlined so we can provide mooring availability in real time. As well as booking the mooring, you will be able to independently manage the processes and send documentation regarding your boat before you arrive at the marina.
Boats in the marina have a water and electricity connection in their mooring area - with a power from 220 to 380 volts up to 125 amps -, using smart turrets so it is possible to keep track of their consumption and billing in real time through a web app.
Alcudiamar has a separate shower and changing room area and another toilet area, both for the exclusive use of our customers and users which is accessed by card. The changing room area and showers are fully automated and have a smart air conditioning system, as well as movement detectors that prevent unnecessary energy consumption. Additionally, they have a full bathroom for people with reduced mobility and radio communication in the event of emergencies.
Our fuel station has been completely renovated, with larger storage tanks and two high flow supply pumps. The fuel station offers self service refuelling, without the need for assistance from a seaman, a space which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with the supply of diesel A and 95 Ron petrol
Additionally, boats with lengths of between 18 and 30 metres can be refuelled in the mooring thanks to an innovative system, allowing you to enjoy a faster and more effective operation.
We are pioneers in the installation of the Flovac vacuum suction system, an innovative system for the removal of bilge water and sewage, both for small boats and larger boats. Using a flexible hose connected to the boat's wastewater, in a turret situated opposite your mooring, you can extract the wastewater directly to the treatment plant, thereby eliminating odours and possible discharges into the sea. Alcudiamar offers this service free of charge to all of its customers.
The 12,000 m2 dry dock boasts new specialised machinery to look after and maintain your boat: travelift and mobile cranes for the dry docking and launching of your boat; a lifting platform for working at height; transporter trolley to move loads, thereby guaranteeing maximum efficiency and safety.
Once your boat is inside the innovative facilities of the dry dock, Alcudiamar offers you a wide range of services that will meet your needs. Furthermore, if you have any special requirements, any external company is able to access and work in our open dry dock.
This new service is focussed on our customers being able to have a storeroom in the marina, with a surface area of 4m2, so you can practically, conveniently and securely store supplies, tools, equipment, spares, accessories and other nautical items for the sailing and maintenance of your boat.
We know that the correct management and control of our facilities is crucial for your peace of mind and that of your family and crew. For this reason, we have an entry control and facility control department that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This department is made up of a team of great professionals and is equipped with the best technology to provide all the necessary information in real time, with 150 control cameras connected to a closed circuit communication system.
At Alcudiamar, we have a whole array of fire protection cabinets located strategically and containing an extinguisher and hoses. In addition, we also have fire hydrants, lifebuoys and man overboard ladders. We have also acquired a fireboat, equipped with a water pump and two spill barriers. All designed to act quickly and efficiently in the event of an emergency.
