Complaints Channel
At Alcudiamar we have a Complaints Channel accessible to employees and any third party (shareholder, director, client, supplier, ...) that offers the possibility of reporting, anonymously or personally, any alleged irregular conduct or conduct contrary to the law or to Alcudiamar's internal rules.
This channel must not be used to:

Communicate complaints or claims about Alcudiamar services. For any commercial or customer service issues, please contact alcudiamar@alcudiamar.es

Falsely or deliberately complain about other people, only good faith complaints will be accepted.

Communicate issues related to the rights associated with the management of personal data by contacting rgpd@alcudiamar.es.
