ALCUDIAMAR, S.L., with Tax Identification Number (CIF) B07045356, and registered at Paseo Marítimo, 1 (07410 – Port d’Alcúdia – Illes Balears), is the data controller for any data collected via the contact forms available on our website (www.alcudiamar.es), as well as the data necessary to provide the contracted service.
2. Purpose of personal data processing
When browsing our website, you will find various forms through which we can manage all the requests you send us. These forms are:
- Contact form: processing your data to respond to requests for information.
- Mooring request: data required to respond to your request for a mooring at Alcudiamar Port.
- Mooring check-in: data required to complete the entry declaration for Alcudiamar Port.
- Dry dock quote request: data required to process the request for a quote for dry dock services.
- Accommodation booking : data required to process the accommodation booking request.
- Form for the submission and processing of CVs: information required to apply for jobs at Alcudiamar.
The data collected via the various forms will be used solely for the purposes indicated.
What other data may we collect at ALCUDIAMAR, S.L.?
Your contact details may be used to send you commercial communications, promotions or information about our own services only where the user has given their consent, as set out in Article 21 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce. Furthermore, at Alcudiamar, S.L., we would like to inform you of other news relating to our facilities, as well as events we organise at our Port.
Should you wish to set up a direct debit for the billing of ALCUDIAMAR, S.L.’s services, and processed solely for that purpose, we will request your bank details for administrative purposes.
3. Legal Basis and Data Retention
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given by submitting the forms on our website, where you were previously informed about the characteristics of the processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Regarding the data collected for booking management, it is processed based on the business relationship established after acceptance of the quote.
Sending communications not directly related to our services will be based on your consent to receive our newsletters or electronic communications.
Your data will be retained while your inquiry or booking request is being processed, and subsequently, if applicable, while a service provision relationship is maintained, always taking into account the time necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Required Information
The data requested in the forms marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory. If the user does not provide it, ALCUDIAMAR, S.L. may, at its sole discretion, refuse the corresponding service or product. Therefore, unless otherwise indicated, answers to questions about personal data are voluntary.
The User is responsible, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided. If the user provides data of third parties, the user is responsible for having obtained the corresponding consent, for ensuring that the data is correct and truthful, and for informing them about the information contained in this document.
ALCUDIAMAR, S.L. reserves the right to exclude from its registered services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal action that may be taken.

However, we inform you that third-party providers may have access to your personal data as data processors, within the framework of providing a service to the entity responsible for processing. In addition to the above, the entity may transfer or disclose personal data to fulfill its obligations to Public Administrations when required, in accordance with current legislation.
If you subscribe to our Newsletter service, we inform you that we use a service offered by an entity certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework, which only has access to your email address for the purpose of sending information after you have given your consent.
